In case of conducted as well as field bound EMI disturbances, our split cable entry system EMC-KEL-DS and our split cable gland EMC-KVT-DS offer an effective way to divert and block those disturbances and provides an alternative to conventional EMC cable glands — especially when routing cables with connectors.
The divisibility makes it possible to insert pre-assembled cables and to seal them according to IP 55 without removing the pre-assembled plug. The cable shield is contacted over 360° via the highly conductive EMC-KT grommet. The KT grommet has a purely sealing and strain relief function. We, therefore, offer a solution that also guarantees EMC tightness at the location of the housing and, at the same time, reliably dissipates shield-related interference.
